Distribution and Pool Performance Information On May 22, 2006 a revision was made to the April 25, 2006 distribution which was made to holders of Bear Stearns ARM Trust 2006-1. The distribution report was revised because the Scheduled Principal Balance was offset by an incorrect curtailment reported by the Servicer. The Unscheduled Principal Balance was adjusted to correct the reporting error. The revised distribution report is attached as an Exhibit to this Form 10-D/A.
