Distribution and Pool Performance Information On October 12, 2006 a revision was made to the September 25, 2006 distribution which was made to the holders of Structured Asset Mortgage Investments II Trust 2006-AR7. The distribution report was revised because the September 2006 distribution should have included additional principal and interest distributions in aggregate amount of $4,002,446.61. In addition, the Class A1-B and A2-B Swap calculations for the Hedge Funds were inaccurate. The distribution report is attached as an Exhibit to this Form 10-D/A.
