Distribution and Pool Performance Information On October 11, 2006 a revision was made to the September 25, 2006 distribution which was made to the holders of CSMC Mortgage-Backed Trust 2006-5. Class 3A1 received a principal accretion payment by the Trust Administrator in error. The accretion payment should have been made to class 3A2. This revision is to correct the payment to classes 3A1 and 3A2. The revised distribution report is attached as an Exhibit to this Form 10-D/A.
