Distribution and Pool Performance Information On January 30, 2007 a revision was made to the December 26, 2006 distribution which was made to holders of MASTR Asset Backed Securities Trust 2006-HE1. The reason for the revision is due to the misinterpretation of the Servicers default files which were missing loan details. This resulted in the revision of the delinquency reporting on the distribution statements for 11/25/2006 and 12/26/2006. The revised distribution report is attached as an Exhibit to this Form 10-D/A.
