Distribution and Pool Performance Information On February 12, 2007, a revision was made to the December 26, 2006 distribution which was made to holders of Bear Stearns ALT-A Trust 2006-R1. The distribution report was revised because there were four exchange classes which did not exchange one-for-one. The amounts reported on the Distribution Statement were correct, but the exchangeable classes only received a portion of these amounts. This information has been added to the additional reporting page. The revised distribution report is attached as an Exhibit to this Form 10-D/A.
