Distribution and Pool Performance Information On June 5, 2007 a revision was made to the April 13, 2007 distribution which was made to the holders of ML-CFC Commercial Mortgage Trust 2007-5. The distribution report was revised because the SWAP documents had a different accrual period from the Interest accrual period on the bonds. The PSA was amended to change the interest accrual definition to match the SWAP method. By doing so, this changed the interest accrued amounts on the statements to match the interest distributed amounts. No modifications were made to the cash distributions to the bondholders. The revised distribution report is attached as an Exhibit to this Form 10-D/A, please see Item 9(b), Exhibit 99.1 for the related information. Part II - OTHER INFORMATION Item 9. Exhibits.
