Distribution and Pool Performance Information On September 6, 2007 an amendment was made to the March 26, 2007 distribution which was made to holders of American Home Mortgage Assets Trust 2007-2. The reason for this amendment is 1 loan was left off the issuance file by the underwriter due to delinquency. Funds were wired directly to Wells Fargo at closing and passed to the deal as a bond adjustment. The underwriter then issued a NIM outside Wells Fargo based off the Prosupp. After discussions, Wells Fargo agreed to add the loan back in for March. No payments changed, only the C class beginning balance. The revised distribution report is attached as an Exhibit to this Form 10-D/A. Please see Item 9(b), Exhibit 99.1 for the related information.
