Distribution and Pool Performance Information On October 23, 2007 a revision was made to the September 25, 2007 distribution which was made to the holders of CSMC Mortgage-Backed Trust 2007-3. The reason for this amendment is Universal Master Servicing originally passed a prepayment penalty in the amount of $14,118.87 which was paid to the PP class. This should have been paid directly to the Issuer and not passed to the trust. This was an over payment. The revised distribution report is attached as an Exhibit to this Form 10-D/A.
