Distribution and Pool Performance Information On December 7, 2007 a revision was made to the June 25, 2007 distribution which was made to holders of Morgan Stanley Mortgage Loan Trust 2007-5AX. The reason for this amendment is GMAC incorrectly passed a Prepayment Penalty for 1 loan. We are now in the process of claiming $19,840.00 from P-Class holder in order to reimburse GMAC. The revised distribution report is attached as an Exhibit to this Form 10-D/A. Please see Item 9(b), Exhibit 99.1 for the related information.
