The Empirian Multifamily Pool 1 and Empirian Multifamily Pool 3 mortgage loans constitute significant obligors within the meaning of Item 1101(k)(2) of Regulation AB and as disclosed in the Pooling and Servicing Agreement for the Merrill Lynch Mortgage Trust 2007-C1 Commercial Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates Series 2007-C1.
