Stockholders' Equity	Note 10 – Stockholders’ Equity Preferred Stock On December 5, 2014, the Company amended the Articles of Incorporation, pursuant to which 20,000,000 shares of “blank check” preferred stock with a par value of $0.001 were authorized. No series of preferred stock has been designated to date. Common Stock On December 5, 2014, the Company amended the Articles of Incorporation, and increased the authorized shares to 200,000,000 shares of $0.001 par value common stock. *2024 Common Stock Activity* Common Stock Sales (2024) No stocks were issued during the quarter ended March 31, 2024.
