- [F1]On June 16, 2009, RAF reorganized with RMR Asia Pacific Real Estate Fund ("RAP"). In this reorganization the assets of RAF were transferred to, and the liabilities of RAF were assumed by, RAP in exchange for common shares of RAP. In connection with this reorganization, RMR Advisors, Inc. acquired an amount of RAP common shares with an aggregate net asset value equal to the aggregate net asset value of the RAF common shares owned by RMR Advisors, Inc. on June 16, 2009, and RMR Advisors, Inc.'s RAF common shares were cancelled on the books of RAF and became null and void.
