- [F1]On March 14, 2019, the Reporting Person filed a Form 4 that reported the settlement of awards of performance phantom stock in 27,645 shares of common stock and related tax withholding in an amount equal to 11,708 shares of common stock. The Issuer later determined that the Form 4 inadvertently reported an incorrect number of shares received upon settlement and withheld for taxes, and the Reporting Person should have actually received a settlement in the amount of 27,647 shares of common stock and had withheld 6,734 shares of common stock at the time of the transaction. Taking into account the adjustments to the settlement and tax withholding amounts, the Reporting Person beneficially owns 222,152 shares of common stock instead of the 217,176 shares previously reported in the Reporting Person's Form 4 filed on April 18, 2019.
