- [F1]On December 19, 2019, the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware (the "Bankruptcy Court") entered an order confirming the First Amended Joint Plan of Liquidation for the Issuer and substantially all of its domestic subsidiaries, as filed with the Bankruptcy Court on December 13, 2019 and as thereafter modified (the "Plan"). The Plan became effective on December 30, 2019. As a result of the Plan being effective, all of the Issuer's equity interests, consisting of authorized and outstanding shares of Common Stock, were cancelled without consideration and have no value.
