Each restricted stock unit is the economic equivalent of one share of Class A common stock, par value $0.0001 per share (the "Class A Common Stock"), of Mondee Holdings, Inc. (the "Issuer"). Restricted stock units accrue dividend equivalents in the form of additional restricted stock units and are payable in shares of Class A Common Stock upon vesting.
