- [F1]Pursuant to the Issuer's Nonemployee Director Compensation Policy, the Reporting Person was granted restricted stock units ("RSUs") under the Issuer's 2021 Equity Incentive Plan. Each RSU represents the right to receive one common share upon vesting. The RSUs vested on May 30, 2024, the date of the Issuer's 2024 annual meeting of shareholders.

Each RSU represents the right to receive one common share upon vesting.
