Other Events

On May 27, 2025, the Board of Directors of Brightwood Capital Corporation I (the “Company”) declared a distribution of $0.37 per share with respect to the Company’s common stock. The distribution is payable on June 13, 2025 to shareholders of record on May 30, 2025.
