("Endo") and Salvare Merger Sub LLC, the Issuer's wholly owned subsidiary ("Merger Sub"), the Merger Sub merged with and into Endo (the "Business Combination"), with Endo surviving the Business Combination as a wholly owned subsidiary of the Issuer.
