Director Resignation

On August 6, 2025, Ms. Lindsay Androski notified the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of Eloxx Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (the “Company”) of her resignation from the Board. The resignation is effective as of August 6, 2025 and did not result from any disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies or practices.
