Farris C. Wilks and Jo Ann Wilks, as limited partners of Farjo Holdings, acquired shares for no consideration pursuant to this distribution.

The General Partner of FARJO Holdings is FARJO Management, LLC, a Texas limited liability company ("FARJO Management").
