- [F1]On September 4, 2007, the Company issued a Convertible Promissory Note in the principal amount of $150,000 to Stanley Schloz. Mr. Schloz is a member of the Registrant's Board of Directors and Finance Committee. On November 30, 2007, the Company repaid $100,000 in principal on this note. The $50,000 balance of the Note was extended to January 14, 2008 from December 15, 2007 and bears interest at the rate of 12% per annum. The principal of and any accrued interest under Note is convertible at the option of the Holder into shares of the Company's common stock at a conversion price of $0.20 per share.
