On February 19, 2025, Pulmonx Corporation (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its financial results for the fourth fiscal quarter and year ended December 31, 2024. A copy of the Company’s press release dated February 19, 2025, titled “Pulmonx Reports Record Fourth Quarter and Full Year 2024 Financial Results” is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
