AIGSL is a wholly owned sub. of Aviva Investors Holdings Limited (AIHL), which is a wholly owned sub. of Aviva Group Holdings Limited (AGHL), which is a wholly owned sub. of Aviva plc (APLC). AIGSL, AIHL, AGHL and APLC prior to the reported disposal were deemed to be indirect beneficial owners of the reported securities.
