- [F1]On December 15, 2014, the Company granted the reporting person an option to purchase 375,000 shares of the Company's common stock, which option vests in three equal installments of up to 125,000 shares each based on the Company's satisfaction of certain performance criteria for each of the fiscal years ending December 31, 2015, 2016 and 2017. All of the performance criteria for the year ended December 31, 2015 were met, as determined by the Company's Board of Directors, resulting in the vesting of the option as to 125,000 shares.
