Brookfield Corporation ("BN") is the indirect owner of the class A units of each of BOH and OCH. BAM Partners Trust ("BAM Partnership") is the sole owner of Class B Limited Voting Shares of BN. As a result of the foregoing relationships, each of BOH, OCGH GP, BN, and BAM Partnership may be deemed to have indirect beneficial ownership of the shares of Common Stock held by VOF Holdings and Xb CBL-E.
