Regulation FD Disclosure.

On May 31, 2007, CWABS, Inc. (the “Depositor”) created the CWABS Asset-Backed Certificates Trust 2007-8 (the “Issuing Entity”) pursuant to a Pooling and Servicing Agreement, dated as of May 1, 2007 (the “Pooling and Servicing Agreement”), among the Depositor, Countrywide Home Loans, Inc., as a seller, Park Monaco Inc., as a seller, Park Sienna LLC, as a seller, Countrywide Home Loans Servicing LP, as master servicer, The Bank of New York, as trustee, and The Bank of New York Trust Company, N.A., as co-trustee. Capitalized terms used but not defined herein shall have the respective meanings assigned to them in the prospectus supplement dated May 30, 2007 relating to the CWABS, Inc., Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2007-8.

Exhibit 99.1 hereto describes certain characteristics of the Initial Mortgage Loans transferred to the Issuing Entity. All characteristics described on Exhibit 99.1 are as of the Cut-off Date for each respective Initial Mortgage Loan.
