Wilshire Enterprises, Inc., (the “Company”) regrets to report the death of Eric J. Schmertz, who passed away on December 18, 2010. Mr. Schmertz served on the Company’s Board of Directors since 1983 and most recently served on the Board’s Executive, Compensation, Nominating and Strategic Planning Committees.
