On March 22, 2013, Ohio Legacy Corp (the “Company”) announced the Company’s decision to pursue the deregistration of its common stock under Section 12(g)(4) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended (the “Exchange Act”), and suspend its reporting obligations under Section 15(d) of the Exchange Act, each as amended by the Jumpstart Our Business Startups Act of 2012
