On May 30, 2003, James Wallace Nall, Jr. ("JWN, Jr.") received a testamentary devise of an 80.0% interest in the LLC and a 76.92% limited partnership interest in the Partnership under the last will and testament of James Wallace Nall, Sr. which increased JWN , Jr.'s proportionate ownership in the Shares by 23,685.17 shares.
