BeyondSpring Inc. (the “Company”) held its 2025 annual meeting of shareholders on September 15, 2025. A total of 21,852,265 of the Company’s ordinary shares were present or represented by proxy at the meeting, representing approximately 54.19% of the Company’s 40,322,320 ordinary shares that were outstanding and entitled to vote at the meeting as of the record date of July 25, 2025.
