The distribution was made on a pro rata basis among the various assets held by the trust in proportion to the values of the trust assets.

As a result, there will be a distribution to the remainder beneficiaries of the trust, for no consideration, of the trust's remaining assets, after satisfaction of liabilities. Distributees include the settlor. The distribution will be made to each distributee among the various assets held by the trust in proportion to the values of the trust assets.
