(the "Company") and pursuant to the Company's Outside Director Compensation Program, Mr. Logan was granted 14,368 restricted stock units ("RSUs"). Subject to Mr. Logan's continued service on the Board through the applicable vesting date, one-third (1/3) of these RSUs will vest on November 20, 2021, and the remaining RSUs will vest in eight (8)substantially equal installments on each three-month anniversary of the first vesting date
