("Merger Sub") and Quanergy Systems, Inc., a Delaware corporation ("Legacy Quanergy") pursuant to which Merger Sub merged with and into Legacy Quanergy (the "Business Combination"), whereupon the separate existence of Merger Sub ceased and Legacy Quanergy was the surviving company and wholly owned subsidiary of CCAC which subsequently changed its name to Quanergy Systems, Inc. (the "Issuer").
