- [F1]93,750 restricted stock units vest ("RSU") on the first anniversary of the vesting commencement date of August 18, 2009. These shares were granted on November 4, 2008. Upon vesting, the RSUs will convert into the equivalent number of shares of Common Stock. Each restricted stock unit represents the right to receive, at settlement, one (1) share of common stock. This transaction represents the settlement of vested restricted stock units in shares of common stock.
