On August 18, 2009, 93,750 RSUs vested, and 34,429 shares were withheld to cover taxes. As a result, Mr. Wood beneficially owned 265,571 shares. On January 31, 2010, 25,000 RSUs vested, and as indicated, 14,290 shares have been withheld to cover taxes. As a result, Mr. Wood now beneficially ownes 251,281 shares.
