These stock units were performance based,vesting in three tranches based on the achievement of certain performance goals of the Company over a three-year period from October 1, 2008 to September 30, 2011. After the assessment for the period from October 1, 2010 to September 30, 2011, on November 3, 2011, the Company determined that the performance goals had been achieved and will allocate the third tranche of PSUs to the employees on November 9, 2011.
- [F2]10,000 restricted stock units were granted on June 16, 2009. Each restricted stock unit represents a contingent right to receive one share of common stock. The restricted stock units vest in four equal annual installments beginning June 16, 2010.
