(each as defined below) has prepared for use in connection with its investor meetings, scheduled for May 18, 2022, related to the proposed business combination of OACB and Alvotech S.A.

In connection with the proposed business combination (the “Business Combination”) between Oaktree Acquisition Corp. II (“OACB”) and Alvotech Holdings S.A. (“Alvotech S.A.”), OACB and Alvotech (“TopCo”) have filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (the “SEC”) a Registration Statement on Form F-4 (the “Registration Statement”) containing a proxy statement of OACB and a preliminary prospectus of TopCo. The Registration Statement has been declared effective by the SEC and OACB is mailing a definitive proxy statement/prospectus related to the proposed Business Combination to its shareholders.
