Other Events.

On August 28, 2024, the Board of Directors of J.Jill, Inc. (the “Company”) declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.07 per share on the Company’s common stock (the “Dividend”). The Dividend is payable on October 2, 2024 to stockholders of record of issued and outstanding shares of the Company’s common stock as of September 18, 2024. A copy of the press release announcing the Dividend has been furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
