Distribution to Shareholders of Record

On September 29, 2025, the Board of Trustees of LAGO Evergreen Credit declared a cash distribution of $0.68 per share to shareholders of record as of September 30, 2025, for a total amount of $2,631,251. The distribution is expected to be paid on or around October 16, 2025.
