Item 8.01 Other Events.

On October 22, 2025, the Board of Directors of Lake Shore Bancorp, Inc. (the "Company") declared a cash dividend of $0.09 per share on its outstanding common stock. The dividend is expected to be paid on November 12, 2025 to stockholders of record as of November 3, 2025.
