Results of Operations and Financial Condition.

On October 28, 2025, Bain Capital Specialty Finance, Inc. issued a press release announcing that it will (i) release its financial results for the quarter ended September 30, 2025 on Monday, November 10, 2025 after the close of the financial market and (ii) host a call on Tuesday, November 11, 2025 at 8:30 a.m. Eastern Time to discuss the financial results. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
