On October 28, 2025, Silvercrest Asset Management Group Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that it will host a teleconference at 8:30 am Eastern Time on October 31, 2025, to discuss the Company’s financial results for the third quarter ended September 30, 2025. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1, and is incorporated herein by reference.
