On October 30, 2025, the Board of Trustees of Silver Point Specialty Lending Fund (the “Fund”) declared a regular monthly dividend to holders of the Fund’s common shares of beneficial interest, par value $0.001 per share, as of October 31, 2025, payable on November 28, 2025, in the amount of $0.125 per share.
