On November 10, 2025, StandardAero Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its financial results for the fiscal quarter ended September 30, 2025. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K (the “Current Report”).
