Explanatory Note

Enliven Therapeutics, Inc. (the “Company”) is filing this Amendment No. 1 (this “Amendment”) to the Current Report on Form 8-K originally filed by the Company with the Securities and Exchange Commission on November 12, 2025 to correct the press release attached as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated herein by reference.

Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.

On November 12, 2025, the Company issued a press release announcing its financial results for the quarter ended September 30, 2025. The full text of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
