Issuance of Press Release

On January 28, 2026, DoubleDown Interactive Co., Ltd. (the “Company”) issued a press release to announce that the Company will release its unaudited financial results for the fourth quarter ended December 31, 2025 on Wednesday, February 11, 2026, and hold a conference call and simultaneous webcast at 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time (2:00 p.m. Pacific Time) on the same date to discuss such financial results.
