Item 8.01.

Other Events.

On January 29, 2026, Senior Credit Investments, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, declared a distribution for its common limited liability company units (the “Units”) in the amount of $16.4127 per Unit. The distribution is payable on February 17, 2026 to unitholders of record as of the close of business on January 30, 2026. The distribution will be paid in cash.
