Item 8.01. Other Events.

On February 5, 2026, the Board of Directors of Silvercrest Asset Management Group Inc. (the “Company”) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.21 per share of Class A common stock. The dividend will be paid on or about March 20, 2026 to shareholders of record as of the close of business on March 13, 2026.
