The Company erroneously calculated the originally reported transaction based on a 20 day average closing bid pricing method. Under the terms of the offering the Company's directors, officers, employees and agents may only purchase shares at the closing bid price on the most recently completed trading day. The Company has corrected the transaction and this Amendment reflects those changes which results in a lower number of shares purchased, a higher price per share, and a lower number of shares owned following the transaction, compared to the previously filed report.
