The RSU shall vest as follows: 25% of the shares subject to the RSU will vest on March 29, 2019 and the remaining 75% of the shares subject to the RSU shall vest in 12 substantially equal quarterly installments thereafter, subject to the Reporting Person's Continuous Service (as defined in the Issuer's 2015 Equity Incentive Plan).
- [F2]The RSU shall be subject to accelerated vesting as follows: In the event of a Change in Control or a Corporate Transaction (each, as defined in the Issuer's 2015 Equity Incentive Plan), the shares subject to the Restricted Stock Unit award will fully vest as of immediately prior to the effective time of such Change in Control or Corporate Transaction, subject to the Reporting Person's Continuous Service on the effective date of such transaction.
